Privacy Policy

This policy explains what BitcoinNova — the cloud-mining simulator app and this website — collects, why, and who it's shared with. It's written to match what the app actually does, not a generic template.

At a glance

1

Account & mining data

Email, display name, and your in-app mining/wallet stats, stored in Firebase.

2

Ads fund the free app

Six ad networks may collect your device's advertising ID to show and measure ads.

3

We never see your card

Card payments go through Stripe directly — BitcoinNova never receives your card number.

4

Not for children

BitcoinNova is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

01Who we are

BitcoinNova is developed and operated by AL Ameer LLC ("BitcoinNova," "we," "us"). This policy covers the BitcoinNova Android app (package com.GreatAnimationStudio.BitcoinNova) and this website at bitcoinnova.net.

BitcoinNova is a cloud-mining simulator: the BTC balance you see in the app is a simulated reward, not real Bitcoin, unless and until you withdraw it through the app's withdrawal process. We want that distinction to be as clear here as it is in the app.

02Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in with Google (via Firebase Authentication), we receive your email address, display name, and profile photo. We use this to create and identify your account — we don't receive your Google password.

Mining & usage data

To run the simulator and your referral, boost, and spin-wheel history, we store data in your Firestore user record: hash rate (GH/s), simulated BTC/satoshi balance, claim timestamps, active boosts, referral code and referral relationships, and spin-wheel results.

Device & advertising identifiers

To show ads and offerwalls, and to measure app installs, our ad and attribution partners (listed in the next section) may collect your Android Advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system version, and general app-usage events. This is standard for ad-supported apps and is covered in more detail under Advertising & your choices.

Payment information

  • Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We send Stripe the amount and a reference to your order; Stripe returns a payment confirmation. We never receive or store your full card number, expiry, or CVC.
  • Cryptocurrency payments are handled by NOWPayments, which manages the crypto invoice and wallet address. We store the resulting payment status and amount so we can credit your account.
  • In-app purchases made through the Play Store are processed by Google Play Billing under Google's own privacy policy.

Support communications

If you contact support through the in-app chat, we store the messages you send (and our replies) so we can help you and keep a record of the conversation.

Withdrawal information

If you request a withdrawal, we collect the destination wallet address you provide, solely to process that payout.

03Third-party services we use

BitcoinNova is free to play, which means advertising and a few specialized partners keep it running. Here's every third-party service integrated into the app or site, and what each one is for:

ServiceCategoryWhat it's for
Firebase (Google)Core infrastructure

Authentication, database (Firestore), backend logic (Cloud Functions), and push notifications for claim/spin reminders.

Google AdMobAdvertising

Serves banner, interstitial, rewarded, and native ads. May use your advertising ID for ad personalization and measurement.

Unity AdsAdvertising

Serves rewarded and interstitial ads via Unity LevelPlay mediation.

Pangle (ByteDance)Advertising

Ad network mediated through Unity LevelPlay.

Meta Audience NetworkAdvertising

Ad network mediated through Unity LevelPlay; governed by Meta's own data policy.

Liftoff Monetize (Vungle)Advertising

Ad network mediated through Unity LevelPlay.

InMobiAdvertising

Ad network mediated through Unity LevelPlay.

CPX Research & AdGemOfferwall

Optional surveys and offers you can complete for in-app rewards. Completing one shares your device/advertising ID with that partner to verify the reward.

SwaarmAttribution

Measures which channel an install came from, using your advertising ID and install-referrer data.

Google Play BillingPayments

Processes in-app purchases made through the Play Store.

StripePayments

Processes card payments on this website. Handles your card details directly — we never see them.

NOWPaymentsPayments

Processes cryptocurrency payments on this website.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy in addition to this one.

04How we use your information

  • Operate your account, mining progress, referrals, and withdrawals
  • Process payments and deliver the hashrate or rewards you paid for
  • Show and measure ads, and pay out offerwall rewards
  • Send claim/spin/boost reminder notifications you can disable in your device settings
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms
  • Meet legal and tax obligations

05How we share your information

We share information only with the service providers listed above, each strictly for the purpose described — never sold to data brokers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of BitcoinNova or our users. If BitcoinNova is ever acquired or merges with another company, user information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

06Advertising & your choices

You can limit ad personalization at the device level:

  • Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID or Opt out of ads personalization.
  • You can also turn off notification reminders in your device's app notification settings.

Opting out reduces ad personalization but doesn't stop ads entirely — the app still needs to show ads to stay free.

07Data retention

We keep account and mining data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records (e.g. completed payment/withdrawal records) for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

08Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase's infrastructure with access-controlled security rules restricting who can read or write it. Payment card data never touches our servers at all — it goes directly to Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

09Children's privacy

BitcoinNova is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll remove it.

10Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the EU/UK GDPR, California's CCPA/CPRA, and Turkey's KVKK — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

To request access or corrections, contact us below. To delete your account and associated data, use the in-app delete-account request form linked from Settings, or email us.

11International data transfers

Our infrastructure providers (Google Firebase, Stripe, and our ad/attribution partners) operate globally, which means your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on those providers' own compliance mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.

12Changes to this policy

We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever this policy changes, and post the revised version at this same address. Material changes will also be noted in the app where practical.
